Before broking, I was the one borrowing. I spent years in Canberra’s motor industry, where I established Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in our family business and led fleet and leasing before taking on Jaguar and Land Rover. It taught me how brands are built, how clients make decisions, and how important it is to find a solution that genuinely fits.

I have spent much of my working life finding out how things work — through shopfitting and cabinet making, antique restoration, small builds, landscaping, and a season on a prawn trawler in Far North Queensland. That is why conversations with farmers, tradespeople and business owners tend to move quickly. I understand the realities of practical work and irregular income from the inside.

Today I work with clients across Wagga Wagga, the Riverina and Canberra on home lending, refinancing, investment, construction and development finance, commercial property, rural and agricultural lending, SMSF, self-employed and Low Doc scenarios, and asset finance.

I am at my best where a structure is worth getting right — a portfolio, a business, or a position that needs to make sense for the long term. That can mean income that arrives in lumps rather than fortnightly, or a decision that benefits from a conversation with your accountant before anyone talks to a lender.

That is the other half of how I work: alongside your accountant or adviser, not instead of them.
